Silent Day of Prayer

Titled “True Growth in Prayer: Three Stages of the Interior Life.” The presenter will be Fr. Matthew Nicks. St. John of the Cross set forth an understanding of prayer through three stages (purgative, illuminative and unitive) in the Carmelite model. Fr. Nicks will share this spirit of prayer and invite participants to better appreciate the heroic undertaking of this great Carmelite saint. The Silent Day of Prayer begins with the Rosary, and includes the Sacrament of Reconciliation, Mass, two conferences, lunch and concludes with Adoration. $38 per person ($48 with the use of a private room for the day).
