Get a sweet start to your Easter holiday or spring festivities by joining food historian and college faculty member Monica Stenzel to participate in this informative course on the history of chocolate, from Aztec hot chocolate to American chocolate bunnies, followed by a sampling of chocolates or candies from Spokane’s own Hallett’s Chocolates.
