Make a Tatin de tomates, a ginger, thyme and tomatoes savory tart; grilled lamb chops with Herbes de Provence and a garlic cream sauce accompanied by “La Bohemienne”, a tomato and eggplant based stew; and for desssert, fraises rôties, sauteed strawberries with sage and deglazed with red wine served with cottage cheese.
