Chef Lesa leads the class in making three different kinds of sushi. A dragon roll, with tempura shrimp, veggies and a crunch on the outside. Then sushi bowls with rice, vegetables and miso dressing. Finishing with firecracker mussels, a half shell with siracha mayo and broiled.
