Barker Bridge city officials response letter

Steve Worley, City of Spokane Valley capital projects engineer, wrote this letter on Nov. 17, 2010, in response to a Nov. 5 letter from Spokane Riverkeeper Bart Mihailovich, who listed his concerns about shortcomings with the new Barker Road Bridge construction project.
