Response from Rockwood

Deaconess and Valley hospital officials sent this letter on Dec. 16, 2013 in response to a letter they received from Spokane City Council members Jon Snyder, Ben Stuckart and Amber Waldref. The three council members said they were concerned about staffing levels at the hospitals. Two weeks after this letter was sent, hospital CEOs asked City Attorney Nancy Isserlis to investigate if the council members violated ethics rules by using city letterhead for their letter.
