Mayor David Condon response to Spokane City Council on Police Guild talks

Mayor David Condon sent this letter to the Spokane City Council on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, requesting the panel pass an ordinance outlining the role of the ombudsman before he begins contract talks with the Police Guild.
