City of Spokane Valley Spokane Valley Library, Proposition 1
This proposition needs at least 60 percent approval to pass and would authorize the construction of a new Spokane Valley Library, new Veradale/Greenacres Library, the repurposing of the existing Spokane Valley Library and the expansion of the Argonne Library in order to increase the available library services.
