Neumann, 60, was appointed to her seat on the council last year. She previously served on the council for seven years beginning in 2000. She retired from the Central Valley School District as a paraeducator and has lived in Latah for 20 years. Her goal is to make Latah more community oriented by having monthly activities where people can get to know each other.
