Spokane Valley Fire Department’s Ice Rescue Training

The Spokane Valley Fire Department performs Ice Rescue Training. The department annually trains crews that are stationed near Shelley and Liberty Lake as well as members of the Swift Water Rescue Team. The training consists of a classroom session followed by live rescue training. The live training was held at the WDFW Public Boat Launch on Newman Lake.
