After fans thought the Spokane Chiefs scored their first goal against Lethbridge (the puck never went into the net), 1000s of teddy bears and stuffed animal were thrown onto the ice during the annual TDS Fiber Teddy Bear Toss hockey game. All the stuffed animals were collected for donation to The Spokesman-Review Christmas Bureau to be distributed to those in need around our community.
