A tradition that started in 1971 with one flag, now over 3,900 full size American flags are place throughout Fairwood Memorial Park, Greenwood Memorial Terrace, Riverside Memorial Park Pines Cemetery and Spokane Memorial Garden every Memorial weekend in the Spokane area.
