Swearing in Spokane's new council

Spokane got three new city council members and a new council president in what may be the largest cadre to be sworn in at the same time. The new council president is Ben Stuckart, who edged Dennis Hession to succeed Joe Shogan and the new council members are Steve Salvatori, Mike Fagan and returning member Mike Allen.
