New Column Unravels Needlecraft Questions

Needleworks, a syndicated column about needlecrafts, debuts today in IN Home. The column offers advice on crafting pieces from yarn, ribbon and other fibers.

More than a third of U.S. households have someone who crochets, second only to crossstitching in popularity, according to Creative Needlework magazine. Nearly a quarter of U.S. households have someone who knits.

The authors of NeedleWorks are Pat Trexler, an experienced crafter who has written about needlecrafts for 33 years, and Nancy J. Thomas, the former editor of Vogue Knitting.
