Army Recovers Most Night-Vision Goggles

Army investigators have recovered most of the 13 night-vision goggles stolen here last summer and arrested a soldier in the case, officials confirmed.

Spc. Charles F. Roth, 22, was arrested Oct. 21 at his Lakewood apartment after eight of the goggles were recovered in Livermore, Calif., Army officials confirmed Thursday.
