Panel Reprimands Okanogan Judge

The state Judicial Conduct Commission reprimanded Okanogan Superior Court Judge John G. Buchard this week for improper communications outside of court in several cases.

Buchard accepted the reprimand in a stipulated agreement, said the panel.
