Program Will Discuss Kootenai County Air
Residents concerned about air quality can watch “The Air We Breathe,” a 30-minute program airing Sunday at 5 p.m. on Channel 13. It is the brainchild of the Kootenai County Air Quality Advisory Committee.
The show will discuss ways of maintaining clear skies over Kootenai County and the air quality concern of PM10. PM10s are tiny particles in the air that stem from pollution. High PM10 levels cause health concerns.
Sources of pollution and solutions to air quality problems are the main topics of this program produced by Rasor and Associates, and hosted by local resident, Steve Shortridge.
