Fbi Asks Public’s Aid With Bank Robberies

Compiled From Wire Services

The FBI wants the public’s help in finding a man who may have robbed as many as five banks in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene during the last six months.

The man is described as white, in his mid 30s, about 6 feet tall, with a stocky build, dark eyes and dark brown hair, the FBI said.

In each robbery, he wore a baseball cap and carried a light-colored cloth bag.

The robberies were reported at: First Interstate Bank, 7404 N. Division; U.S. Bank, 3909 N. Lincoln; U.S. Bank, 2807 E. 29th, Seafirst Bank, 2404 E. 29th; and a U.S. Bank branch in Coeur d’Alene.

Anyone with information should contact the FBI in Spokane at 747-5195.
