Visiting Walla Walla Defeats Sasquatch

The Walla Walla Community College men’s basketball team hit 12 of 17 3-point attempts to down the Community Colleges of Spokane 100-95 in a Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges game Monday night in Spokane.

The Sasquatch shot 31-62 from the field, but just 5 of 15 from 3-point range.

Bobby Raiford scored 19 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead CCS. Jed Palmer recorded 10 assists and teammate Mike Ferrante added 18 points for the Sasquatch.

The Warriors had five players score in double-figures.

CCS outrebounded Walla Walla 30-28.
