Servick Appointed To Cda City Council

As expected, attorney Susan K. Servick was appointed to the Coeur d’Alene City Council Tuesday evening.

The council voted unanimously to confirm Servick without discussion.

Servick will serve the final two years of Dan English’s term. English left the council in October after being appointed Kootenai County Clerk.

Mayor Al Hassell selected Servick from a field of five applicants, including Sam Sears, who narrowly lost in the November election.

Servick is a Coeur d’Alene native and has been practicing law here for the last decade.
