Prison Releases

The following people were released from Washington Department of Corrections prisons during November:

Michael Mitchell Sentenced in King County to six years, three months for vehicular homicide, Mitchell was released to Spokane after serving three years, 10 months and four days.

Thomas Perkins Sentenced in Spokane County to four years, nine months for indecent liberties, Perkins was released to Kitsap County after serving two years, six months and 13 days.

James Allen Sentenced in Spokane County to one year for sexual abuse of a child, Allen was released to Spokane after serving six months and six days.

Phillip Haney Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, three months for sexual abuse of a child, Haney was released to Oregon after serving 11 months and five days.

Thomas Lynch Sentenced in Kittitas County to eight years, six months for first-degree robbery, Lynch was released to Spokane after serving five years, seven months and 29 days.

Robert Davis Sentenced in Snohomish County to five years, 10 months for first-degree robbery, Davis was released to Spokane after serving three years, nine months and 28 days.

Robert Young Sentenced in Spokane County to five years for first-degree robbery, Young was released to Snohomish County after serving seven months and 21 days.

Robert Jennings Sentenced in Spokane County to one year for second-degree robbery, Jennings was released to Spokane after serving five months and six days.

Larry Meadows Sentenced in Thurston County to four years, nine months for second-degree robbery, Meadows was released to Spokane after serving two years, 11 months and nine days.

Elmer O’Connell Sentenced in Spokane County to one year and one month for second-degree robbery, O’Connell was released to Spokane after serving nine months and 27 days.

John Rodenbaugh Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, eight months for second-degree robbery, Rodenbaugh was released to Spokane after serving eight months and 15 days.

Cecil Carson Sentenced in Spokane County to one year for second-degree assault, Carson was released to Spokane after serving six months and 14 days.

Daniel Courts Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, three months for vehicular assault, Courts was released to Spokane after serving five months and 12 days.

Christophe Lockhart Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, three months for assault, Lockhart was released to Spokane after serving seven months and 10 days.
