New Christian radio program
“Faith of Our Fathers,” a halfhour weekly religious program, will begin broadcasting Sunday in Central and Eastern Washington. The program, affiliated with the American Christian Network, originates from Sprague River, Ore.
“We have grave concerns about growing militancy among some in the Christian community,” said Mark Robanske, a program spokesman. “Acts of aggression at abortion clinics and growing political coalitions are seen as ominous trends.
“The broadcast will deal with remembering history and basic Christian teaching.”
Stories of great Christians will be told and great hymns of the church will be sung.
The first 13 weeks will be a revival series, and once it has concluded another series will be ready to air, Robanske said.
In Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, the program will air on KSPO 96.9 FM. In the Tri-Cities and Walla Walla it can be heard on 101.3 FM. It will be on KTBI 810 AM in Yakima, Wenatchee, Ellensburg and Moses Lake.
The program will air at 3 p.m. on Sundays and 3 a.m. Mondays.
