Bridge Repairs Begin In N. Idaho Counties

Starting Wednesday, Idaho bridge repair crews will begin work on three bridges in Bonner and Boundary counties.

Wednesday - U.S. Highway 2, Dover Bridge: Flaggers will guide one-way traffic across the bridge as crews patch and repair the bridge deck. Motorists should expect short delays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m, according to the Idaho Transportation Department.

Thursday through Sunday - U.S. Highway 2, Moyie Truss Bridge: Crews will be using a “reach-all” truck to repair the top and bottom of the bridge deck under the sidewalk. There will be one-way traffic and short delays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

July 10-12: U.S. Highway 95, Naples Bridge: The concrete bridge deck will be inspected and repaired. Flaggers will guide one-way traffic through the work zone. Minor delays should be expected from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. , DataTimes
