Council plans to hear a report on the status of the East Central neighborhood.

Spokane County Commissioners Tuesday, 1 p.m. briefing, Spokane County Courthouse, 1116 W. Broadway. 5 p.m. regular meeting, Public Works Building, hearing room, 1026 W. Broadway.

Spokane Public Library Board of Trustees Tuesday, 4 p.m. regular meeting Downtown Library, 906 W. Main

The board plans to consider an agreement with the Park Board concerning the new Shadle Branch Library, as well as award bids for the new South Hill Branch.

Spokane City Plan Commission Wednesday, 2 p.m. public hearing, council chambers City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd Wednesday 7 p.m. public hearing Moran Elementary School, 4224 E. 57th Ave.

The commission plans a public hearing on a proposal to annex 1,500 acres of land south of the existing city limits between Glenrose and Yale roads, Hatch Road, 65th Avenue and Westminster Lane.

Spokane County Freeholders Thursday, 5:30 p.m. Spokane County Health District building, 1101 W. College.

Freeholders who want to put three charter options on the ballot, rather than just one; will work on a minority report.
