Farm Workers Founder To Speak In Spokane

Dolores Huerta, co-founder of the United Farm Workers, will speak before two Spokane-area audiences today.

Huerta will address students at Eastern Washington University at 11 a.m. in the Commuter Lounge of the Pence Union Building.

At 7 p.m., Huerta will speak at Gonzaga University’s COG dining hall.

Both events are open to the public. A $5 donation will be requested at the evening talk.
