Kaya Allen’s 24 digs and nine kills Tuesday led Community Colleges of Spokane to a 15-7, 15-4, 15-11 non-conference volleyball win over host North Idaho College at Coeur d’Alene.

Jenni Rosselli added nine kills and three blocks for the Sasquatch.

Junior outside hitter Louisa Kawulok of Idaho was named the Big Sky Conference player of the week. Kawulok hit .486 and averaged 3.8 kills as the Vandals (20-4) won three matches.

Women’s soccer

Tui Moe offset a Gonzaga rally with a goal at 64 minutes as visiting Hawaii (3-10-2) beat the Zags 3-2 in a non-conference match.

The Bulldogs (2-14-0) had tied the match at 62 minutes on Jamie Isaacson’s unassisted goal. After the Wahines tore ahead 2-0, Isaacson had an assist on Jenny Withers’ goal late in the first half.

Golf

Pacific Northwest professionals, including Mark Rohde and Chris Mitchell of Spokane, took an 8-1/2 - 1-1/2 lead over PNW amateurs after the first round of the 47th Hudson Cup at Aurora, Ore.

Bob Christensen of Hayden Lake is playing for the 10-member amateur team. Matches conclude today.
