Most frozen yogurt places offer plenty of toppings to dress up your dish. But at Spokane’s Encore Espresso & Bakery, it’s what’s inside that counts.

Customers can choose from 26 fruits, nuts and candies to blend together with vanilla or chocolate frozen yogurt to create their own flavor combinations - such as the Oreo cookie, strawberry and blackberry/peach pictured here.

Price: $1.25 to $2.25, depending on size and number of ingredients. Smoothies and shakes also available.
