Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

George P. Anton - 70, Munchison, Texas, failure to appear/rape and lewd conduct (three counts), $500,000 bond.

Rupert L. Edgar - 45, Scottsdale, Ariz., aggravated battery, $10,000 bond.

Timothy M. Essex - 22, Bonners Ferry, burglary and grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Dennis W. McIntyre - 50, Nampa, Idaho, failure to appear/theft by false promise, $25,000 bond.

Ronald H. Stratton Jr. - 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/grand theft, burglary, $20,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Von G. Argyle - 34, Athol, Idaho, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $266 bond.

Daniel R. Becker - 36, Post Falls, contempt/ possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, $251 bond.

Albert B. Bustamonte Jr. - 30, Boise, contempt/driving while suspended, $564 bond.

Kowanda R. Christensen - 34, Post Falls, contempt/driving while suspended, $202 bond.

Peter A. Christian - 49, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $500 bond.

Randy J. Fisher - 37, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, driving under the influence, eluding a police officer, $600 bond.

Raymond J. Gill - 32, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Terry B. Hall - 38, Post Falls, contempt/driving under the influence, $616 bond.

Shane C. Hannaman - 26, Sandpoint, contempt/possession of drug paraphernalia, $151 bond.

Terry L. Klundt - 39, Post Falls, contempt/ possession of a controlled substance, petty theft, failure to appear/petty theft, $1,151 bond.

Robin L. Mathews - 33, transient, contempt/ resisting arrest, $50 bond.

Kerry G. Page - 25, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ battery, failure to purchase a driver’s license, $628 bond.

Jarred M. Pen - 25, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ driving under the influence, failure to appear/ driving while suspended, $3,066 bond.

Danny W. Shulze - 46, Hayden, contempt/ inattentive driving, failure to appear/ work program, $2,500 bond.

Robert L. Stacey - 22, Spokane, contempt/ possession of paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear/work program, $401 bond, one day in jail.
