Marcus Camby scored 24 points in his second game since returning after his collapse and top-ranked Massachusetts got its easiest win of the season Tuesday night, 80-50 over Fordham at Amherst, Mass.

Camby scored their first three baskets of the second half and the lead ranged from 15 to 33 the rest of the way.

Massachusetts (19-0, 7-0 Atlantic 10) also got 11 points from Tyrone Weeks. It was the Rams’ (2-15, 0-8) eighth straight loss.

UMass, which averaged 6.9 steals in its first 18 games, had nine in the first half.

Indiana 76, (16) Iowa 73

At Bloomington, Ind., Brian Evans scored 25 points and the Hoosiers, held without a field goal for 8 minutes in the second half, got their final six points on free throws for a win over the Hawkeyes.

Indiana (12-8, 5-3 Big Ten) blew a 16-point lead as Iowa (15-5, 4-4) scored 10 straight points midway through the second half.

(24) Clemson 73, (25) Georgia Tech 70

Greg Buckner had 18 points and Tom Wideman, a player Georgia Tech coach Bobby Cremins turned down, scored 15 as the Tigers slowed the Yellow Jackets’ march through the Atlantic Coast Conference.

Clemson (13-4, 4-4) had lost four of its past five league games, but Buckner hit for 12 points in the second half, including a turnaround basket with 9 minutes left that put the Tigers up for good. Tech dropped to 13-9, 6-2.

(11) Memphis 80, Saint Louis 63

At Memphis, Tenn., Lorenzen Wright scored 27 points and grabbed 16 rebounds as the Tigers beat the Billikens.

The 6-foot-11 Wright controlled the middle against the smaller Billikens front line, going 11 of 20 from the field and 5 of 9 from the free-throw line. Mingo Johnson added 16 points for Memphis (15-3, 6-1 Conference USA), hitting four of his five 3-point attempts, while Cedric Henderson added 11 points.

The Billikens (12-7, 3-5) were led by Virgel Cobbin’s 13 points.

Weber St. 78, S. Utah 73

At Cedar City, Utah, Jimmy DeGraffenried scored 28 points on 12 for 14 shooting to lead the Big Sky’s Wildcats (12-8) to a win over the Thunderbirds (10-9).

DeGraffenried hit two free throws with 4 seconds left after a technical foul had been called on the SUU bench because of debris thrown onto the floor by a fan.

The debris came close to Bryan Emery, who was shooting free throws at the time. He hit 1 of 2 to make it 76-73.

Weber State (12-8) hit 58 percent in the first half to take a 42-30 lead at intermission.

Idaho St. 88, Cal Poly SLO 77

At Pocatello, Idaho, Rob Preston scored 20 points and Donovan Brown had 14 points and 13 rebounds to lead the Bengals to a win over the Mustangs of San Luis Obispo.

Mack Tarver had 19 points for the ISU Bengals (7-10) of the Big Sky Conference and Ron Harwell had 17.

Colin Bryant led the America West Mustangs (9-10) with 17 and Shanta Cotright had 15.

The Bengals led 84-68 with 3:16 left when the Mustangs went on a 7-0 run to cut the lead to 84-75 with 1:03 to play. Ross Ketcham had four points in the run.
