Secret Witness Seeks Marks Family Member

By From Staff Reports

Secret Witness is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of “Tommy” Stanko Marks.

Marks, 34, is wanted on federal warrants for obstruction of justice, witness tampering and conspiracy. He is also wanted on a state warrant for second degree assault.

Marks was supposed to have appeared Monday before a federal magistrate in connection with an indictment of nine members of a large Gypsy family, said Dick Cottam of the Spokane Police Department. He failed to appear.

Marks is six feet tall, weighs 235 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call Secret Witness at 327-5111. Callers do not have to give their names to be eligible for the money.

Secret Witness is a citizen organization not affiliated with law enforcement. Callers may use a code name or number for future contact about the reward, usually through the personal columns of The Spokesman-Review.
