Two public hearings concerning Valley developments are scheduled for Wednesday.

The hearing will begin at 9 a.m.

The land is now zoned Urban Residential-3.5. Gustin is asking that it be changed to Neighborhood Business and Community Business.

The hearing begins at 10:30 a.m.

Both hearings take place on the third floor of the Spokane County Public Works Building, 1026 W. Broadway.
