College Basketball Tips Off Tonight

The college basketball seasons start tonight with a doubleheader featuring matchups of teams looking at the same questions.

In the opener of The Classic, a doubleheader at the RCA Dome sponsored by the Black Coaches Association, it will be Indiana and Connecticut, both turning to freshmen for success down the road.

In the second game, No. 3 Kentucky plays No. 20 Clemson. Kentucky, the defending national champion, has lost four players to the NBA draft but still returns seven experienced players. Clemson brings back its top eight players back as well as two starters from a year ago who were injured last season.
