Holiday Closures

The following offices and services will be affected by the Thanksgiving holiday:

Garbage service in Coeur d’Alene will be one day late if regular pickup days are Thanksgiving Day and Friday. Post Falls service will not be affected and will have regularly scheduled pickup days.

City and county offices will be closed Thanksgiving Day. The Kootenai County courthouse will be open on Friday.

The driver’s license office in Post Falls will be closed both today and Friday. The Coeur d’Alene office also is closed today but is open Friday.

Post offices will be closed.

State liquor stores will be closed.

Most banks will be closed. Business will resume on Friday.

Public schools are closed today and Friday.
