Secret Witness Targets Man With 35 Prior Convictions

This week’s Secret Witness target is a man with 35 prior convictions.

William Christopher Harris, 38, is currently wanted on five outstanding warrants including possession of stolen property, delivery of a controlled substance and vehicle theft.

He is considered armed and dangerous.

Harris’ prior convictions range from drugs and assaults to littering and intimidation with a weapon.

Harris is a 6-foot-2 black man weighing about 210 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call Secret Witness at 327-5111. A cash reward is offered and callers do not have to give their name to be eligible for the money.
