Reward Offered In Old Murder Case

Secret Witness is offering $2,000 in cash for information that leads to the solution of a homicide four years ago.

Arthur E. Haines was found dead at his home, 4507 N. Washington, on March 1, 1993.

He had been beaten and the house had been set on fire the night before in an attempt to conceal the body. The fire was short-lived and there was no serious damage to the house.
