Utah Signs Carlisle

Brighton (Utah) High basketball star, 6-foot-11 Jon Carlisle, signed a letter of intent, confirming his decision to play for the University of Utah, instead of archrival Brigham Young.

Carlisle moved to Sandy, Utah, from Kennewick prior to this school year. Five months ago, he verbally committed to attend BYU, But after coach Roger Reid was fired, Carlisle had a change of heart.
