A petition filed Tuesday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court lists 39 creditors who are owed money, mostly related to the failed business ventures.

The list includes $90,311 owed U.S. Bank for a business loan and $14,872 for a credit card.

The state Department of Revenue is owed $22,900 in delinquent taxes and the IRS is owed $5,500, the list of liabilities shows.

The petition lists assets of $138,620.
