More Deliberation In Gypsy Case Today

A U.S. District Court jury will resume deliberations today in the trial of seven members of a Spokane Gypsy family accused of witness intimidation.

The case went to the jury late Wednesday afternoon, but the panel didn’t begin deliberations until Thursday.

Jurors are considering three felony charges filed against Jimmy Marks and three of his sons, and Bobby Marks and two of his sons.
