Sesame Street Software Available On Cd-Rom

A series of “Sesame Street” software geared to children’s specific age groups is now out on CD-ROM.

The “Sesame Street Deluxe Learning Series” is composed of three new CD-ROM titles from Creative Wonders. Each title provides a one-year curriculum of learning covering prereading, premath and more.

Each of the three titles contains multiple PC CD-ROMs:

“Sesame Street Toddlers Deluxe” (three CD-ROMs for ages 2 to 4) offers toddlers learning basic computer skills, then introduces them to important early learning concepts.

“Elmo’s Preschool Deluxe” (two CD-ROMs for ages 3 to 5) features two programs that cover a preschool curriculum of prereading, premath, shapes, colors and more, including social skills and important real-world skills.

“Get Set for Kindergarten Deluxe” (two CD-ROMs for ages 4 to 6) covers early reading, early math, phonics, thinking and problem-solving skills. This comprehensive program also helps kids develop basic computer skills as well as English and Spanish vocabulary and spelling.

“Sesame Street Deluxe Learning Series”: PC minimum system requirements: 486DX or better, 8MB of RAM, VGA card with 256 colors, color monitor, 2X CD-ROM drive, sound card and speakers, modem optional, Windows 3.1 or Windows 95.
