Bruins Add Touted Recruits

UCLA’s basketball program, which went from disarray at the start of the season to reaching the final eight in the NCAA tournament, has landed two highly touted recruits.

Point guard Baron Davis of Santa Monica Crossroads High on Monday announced he had chosen UCLA over Kansas. Forward Schea Cotton of St. John Bosco High in Bellflower has signed a letter of intent, although he must still meet UCLA’s academic eligibility requirements.
