Mr. And Mrs. Zeihen Chewelah, Wash.

Carl Franklin and Jewel Elaine (Tilson) Zeihen, Chewelah, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a potluck lunch and reception from 1 to 4 p.m., Aug. 24, at the Chewelah Civic Center.

Hosting the event will be their daughters and son-in-law: Joanne and Lee Daniel, Athol, Idaho; and Diane Zeihen, Colville, Wash.

They are also the parents of the late Peter L. Zeihen.

The Zeihens were married Aug. 24, 1947, in Chewelah. They have one grandchild.
