Kiger Leads New Team To Victory
Border League
Transfer James Kiger played his best game with new team Cheney on Friday.
Kiger totaled 17 points and eight rebounds as Cheney (3-1, 2-0) held off visiting Post Falls 57-54.
Kiger played for State B runner-up Reardan last year.
Cheney led by 10 in the fourth quarter when Chad Quesnell hit two 3-pointers for the Trojans (1-2, 0-2). PF had a chance to tie late in the game but had a turnover.
