Hearing On Proposed Gravel Mine Rescheduled
A rezoning hearing on the proposed Green Bluff gravel mine, originally set for Friday, has been rescheduled for 9 a.m. Jan. 16 in the commissioners’ hearing room, lower level of the Public Works Building.
Neighbors opposing the project said they asked for the continuance after delays in the release of a staff report.
The opponents and the county have both hired attorneys. Stan Schultz will represent the county; Craig Trueblood represents the neighbors. , DataTimes
