Fryer Sinks Key Foul Shots As University Downs Lc

Aaron Fryer hit two free throws for University High with 10 seconds left lifting the Titans over visiting Lewis and Clark 56-53 in Greater Spokane League play Tuesday.

The Tigers (2-13, 2-9) rallied from a 43-33 third-quarter deficit to lead by one with under a minute left. Erik Carlson of U-Hi (9-6, 7-4) scored two of his 22 points in the final seconds to clinch the win for the Titans.

Pat Luce finished with 17 points for the Tigers.
