Lilac Cup Magnet For 470 Gymnasts

The 1997 Lilac Cup Invitational gymnastics meet, featuring more than 470 competitors, will take place Friday through Sunday in the Whitworth College Fieldhouse.

The Lilac Cup, hosted by Lilac City Gymnastics Center, is one of the largest meets in Washington and one of the few with competition ranging from beginners to the near-Olympic caliber Level 10 and Class 1.
