Vandal Indoor Invitational Set For Friday
The longest-running indoor track and field meet this side of the Mississippi is gearing up for its 22nd year as competitors from all over the Northwest get set for Friday night’s Vandal Indoor Invitational in the ASUI-Kibbie Dome.
“You bring in the top 100 people in the Northwest to compete against,” Idaho head coach Mike Keller said. “It’s a prestigious meet to be in and it offers us an excellent chance to benefit competitively.”
The field will be fast and furious as spectators will be able to view 19 events comprised of high school, collegiate, and post-collegiate athletes. Eastern Washington, Washington State and Montana join Idaho as the four schools in attendance.
The Vandal Indoor gets under way at 6:30 p.m.
