Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. If you have any information, contact the sheriff’s department at (208) 664-1511.

Felonies

Nicole E. Higgins 23, Spokane, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Michael A. Jenkins 39, Post Falls, grand theft, $1,000 bond.

Robert J. Johnson 61, Sagle, non-sufficient funds check fraud, $500 bond.

Carl B. Kellar 29, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Mary T. White 43, Coeur d’Alene, nonsufficient funds check fraud, $1,500 bond.

Misdemeanors

Jason A. Amour 22, Spokane, contempt/ possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, $251 bond.

Amber E. Bowers 25, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/failure to purchase driver’s license, $151 bond.

Terrance M. Annis 29, Elk, contempt/ driving while suspended, failure to appear/ jail time, $366 bond, eight days in jail.

Ronald J. Brasher 23, Spokane, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $151 bond.
