House To Consider North Idaho Judge

A bill that would give North Idaho another district judge made it past another legislative obstacle Thursday.

The bill, which has already passed the Senate, found its way into the House Judiciary Committee. It passed out of the committee on a unanimous vote.

The legislation should appear on the House floor sometime next week, where Rep. Jim Clark, R-Hayden, will sponsor the bill.
