Four Airports To Get $2.1 Million Federal Grant
Four airports in Washington state are receiving $2.1 million in grants for improvements, U.S. Secretary of Transportation Federico Pena said.
The Tri-Cities Airport in Pasco is getting $838,482 to renovate two taxiways.
The Omak Airport is receiving $662,400 to extend a taxiway, build a taxiway and improve runway lighting.
The Grant County Airport in Moses Lake is getting $347,607 to rebuild an apron and buy snow-removal equipment.
The Renton Municipal Airport is receiving $225,000 to renovate a taxiway.
