Thanks To The Lot The Men And Women Who Tend The Deaconess Medical Center Parking Garage

Gary And Darlene Dinwoodie Of Co

Due to a recent medical need it has been necessary for us to be at the Deaconess Medical Center off and on for the past six months. Our everyday heroes are the men and women who tend the toll booth of the Deaconess Education Center parking garage. Sensitivity must be a job requirement.

After we spend long draining days in the hospital or take daily trips down for medical procedures, these men and women provide just what the doctor ordered: a kind word and a caring smile. Hugs and kisses to them! They are appreciated.

MEMO: If you would like to nominate someone as an Everyday Hero, write a short essay between 100 and 200 words telling us about your hero and send it to: Everyday Hero, The Spokesman-Review, P.O. Box 2160, Spokane WA 99210-1615.
